Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about property investing or engaging a buyer’s agency? We address the most common topics, including location selection, portfolio strategy, and our process.

How does the process work?

Our process is structured, transparent, and tailored to your goals.

We begin with a Discovery Session to understand your objectives, timeframes, and risk profile. From there, we develop a tailored strategy supported by research and data, before moving into targeted property search, due diligence, negotiation, and acquisition.

We manage the process end-to-end, keeping you informed at every stage and ensuring each decision aligns with your broader strategy and long-term objectives.

A buyer’s agent works exclusively for you – not the seller.

We provide objective advice, remove emotion from the process, and help protect you from overpaying or making rushed decisions. Our clients benefit from structured research, experienced negotiation, and disciplined execution, resulting in better asset selection and reduced risk.

We research property markets across Australia.

Our research is guided by your buyer’s brief and assesses supply and demand fundamentals using a structured methodology drawing on 100+ data points, including market trends, vacancy rates, infrastructure investment, demographic research, and a wide range of supply and demand metrics — helping you identify potential upside, manage risk, and make informed property decisions.

We conduct thorough, property-level due diligence on each property.

This includes but is not limited to reviewing flood and bushfire risk, traffic and environmental factors, zoning and land usage, and key attributes such as land size, shape, slope, and orientation. We assess risk factors as well as factors that support long term performance.

We buy property Australia-wide, wherever the data and your strategy align.

This may include Perth or interstate markets, depending on your goals, borrowing capacity, and buyer’s brief. We are not limited to specific suburbs, or property types.
